I used my son Nathan in this sculpture. He has the typical freckled round-faced boyish features I needed. "The Conductor" represents all children who dream and become immersed in their play. He has transformed himself into a great conductor leading the "Jupiter Symphony" (Mozart), and his stuffed toys have become his adoring musicians, following every move of his wand. I hope this sculpture inspires us to remember magical moments from our childhood and realize that we're never too young or old to dream.
